What is the franchise fee?
The franchise fee is $40,000 for a new location, $36,000 for the 2nd location and $34,000 for each additional franchise location. A discount is offered to honorably discharged veterans of the US Military.
What is the continuity franchise fee?
Financial Freedom SeminarsTM centers must pay a monthly minimum transaction fee of $650 per real estate transaction and assignment. The continuity franchise fee is used to keep the franchisor strong, maintaining and creating ongoing programs and systems that improve the overall company while allowing the franchise chain to grow.
Do I need any previous experience?
No experience is needed. Financial Freedom Seminar SystemTM wants their franchisees to be energetic, financially stable team players who really desires to own their business and possess the commitment and drive to make it successful. You bring the desire and we will teach you the business.
How long does the franchise agreement last?
The franchise agreement is a ten year agreement, with the option for an additional ten year renewal.
Who builds and equips the center?
The franchisee, with the help and assistance from Financial Freedom Seminar SystemTM, based on the size of the business.
It is then built to specifications and design standards particular to Financial Freedom Seminar SystemTM.
What training is provided?
The new Financial Freedom Seminar SystemTM franchisee will undergo nine days of intensive and action-oriented training in the classroom. This training covers all aspects of the Financial Freedom Seminar SystemTM franchise business, including preparing and facilitating seminars, lead generation and management, customer service, sales, persuasive speaking, marketing and advertising. In addition, there is ongoing support for the life of the franchise.
Are there any centers in the US?
Financial Freedom SeminarsTM has corporate owned centers in California and in Nevada.
How long does it take to open the center after signing franchise agreements?
This can vary depending on the site and if any construction is necessary. On an average, the franchisee can count on two to three months after signing the franchise agreements.
Can I own more than one center?
The mark of an excellent franchise is the rate at which franchisees own more than one location. Financial Freedom SeminarsTM strongly encourages their franchisees to expand to more than one location as soon as they are ready. Financial Freedom SeminarsTM has a multiple center program that encourages successful franchises to purchase another location or locations by reducing
the franchise fee for successive locations.
How much money will I make?
Profitability varies greatly depending upon a number of factors including number of clients and leads generated, number of seminars provided, operating costs, as well as, the ability of the franchisee to manage and control the business. Financial Freedom SeminarsTM strives to help its franchisees be more successful through marketing aids, procedures and education.
Is there a protected territory?
Each franchisee receives an area of primary responsibility which consists of a population of approximately 160,000 people.
