Backyard Wealth™ offers the First Time Home Buyers seminar that educates you about the home buying process and how to simplify the process for you. As a client, we can assist you in finding a home. With our real estate, lender and escrow affiliates, we can make the home buying process hassle-free. Once you have become a homeowner, you may decide to invest in real estate. As our client, we offer products and services to assist you with purchasing investment property, second or vacation home, or moving to another home.

6. Is Backyard Wealth™ a real estate company? Who helps me find a property?

No, Backyard Wealth™ is not a real estate brokerage company. However, your Backyard Wealth™ center will typically have a real estate agent that can service and assist you in your transactions.

7. How will Backyard Wealth™ be any different than the other agencies out there?

We offer the most comprehensive educational and resource center on real estate investing. You can find what you need online through our website, www.backyardwealth.com. Review Question and Answers 1, 2 and 3 above for a description of our services and resources.

8. I am interested in attending a seminar, but there is not a center located near me. What can I do and where can I go to get more information?

a. You can participate in our Webinars. The information for times and dates are on our website.

b. Sign up for the Investors International Network. Go to www.investorsinternationalnetwork.com to sign up. This membership provides networking opportunities where you can participate in forums and learn from experienced investors. You can post properties for sale and also search other members’ properties for sale. There are many investor tools on this site. There may be a real estate investors club in or nearby your area; these will be advertised on this website.

c. Click the state on the map and fill out “Request a seminar in your area” form on the Seminar Section of our website.

d. Visit our Backyard Wealth® Investors Store for products and books that can provide you with a great deal of information.

9. I travel a lot. Can I attend seminars at other locations?

Yes, you can register to attend seminars at any location. Check the Backyard Wealth® website for seminar dates and times in the area to which you travel.

10. Am I required to purchase properties?

No, you are not REQUIRED to purchase properties. However, our investors become involved with us because they WANT to invest in real estate. Therefore, our investors purchase properties at their own free will, complete their due diligence and consult their professional tax and/or legal advisors - as practiced by responsible investors.

11. Can you guarantee that I will be a millionaire if I take the Millionaire Mentorship Challenge?

There are no guarantees. Your results will be up to you. This program was developed to provide you the information, tools and guidance that, if used properly, can create very profitable results in your life.
